There are dirty comics, there are filthy comics, and there is Skippy Greene. Standing on stage looking like a comedian straight out of the borscht belt chomping on a cigar and sporting a killer ‘stache, Greene delivers comedy the old school way, and you either get it…or you don’t.

He is not a racist or anything like that, but because he’s from the “old days”, he doesn’t quite understand all the political correctness of today.

When seeing Skippy Greene you are getting you comedy served up one of two ways. The first off is some story-telling style anecdotes about his life and experiences as a comedian. That might sound like “same old same old” but with Skippy it’s not that simple. The stories will delve into him being abducted by aliens and go into his sexual exploits with the interplanetary women. He will also tell some hackneyed jokes and one liners but there the perfect combination of raucously filthy and schlocky. Kind of like what you expect the conversation between a few of your grandpa’s war buddies to sound like after a few drinks.

Some old time comics might say “Bada-Bing!” or have someone play a “rim shot” on the drums. Skippy takes it to the next level…by shouting out old 1980′s cartoon series.

The second style of comedy in Skippy’s act are his very quick stories of sexual escapades he’s had with random celebrities. He always starts out with the year of the encounter and it ends with him innocently saying, “We laughed…”

Like I said, its meta comedy at it’s best, you either will think it’s the dumbest thing ever or pee yourself with laughter.
