Last night Aziz Ansari sat down with Ron Bennington at the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre for a Q&A session for SiriusXM’s Unmasked. It was a good hour long discussion about Aziz and his career with a few good stories which got a great response from the audience. There was a good chemistry between Ron and Aziz that kept the conversation flowing comfortably. Aziz talks about a lot of topics including his character Randy, his “relationship” with the President, and how stand-up never gets easier.

Aziz also talks about the effects Chris Rock has had on his career. Aziz grew up listening to Chris Rock and when he first started doing comedy in New York, Rock dropped in at The Comedy Cellar one night and completely bombed. Thus changing the way Aziz approached stand-up.
