    Poltergeist (1982)
No movie will ever scare me more than Poltergeist. I haven’t seen it since I was a kid, and, it might be corny, stupid, and downright un-scary, but, there is a scene in it where a boy’s clown doll becomes possessed and tries to kill him. Unfortunately, when I saw this movie, I had the exact same model of clown doll, and I threw it away only to have my mom find it in the trash and than place it back in my room later that night after I fell asleep. Walking up in the middle of the night to find my clown magically back and staring at me is the most scared I have ever felt in my life. Cue reoccurring nightmares and years of bedwetting. Apparently, my mom still has that doll somewhere. Happy Halloween. – Dan Cummins
