Animal Practice is cancelled, replaced by Whitney
NBC has axed another one of its sitcoms. This time around though, this is for a show that made it to the air. Today word came down that Animal Practice has been cancelled. So once again Tyler Labine is looking for a job. That guy has been in more cancelled shows than we can count. The Whitney Cummins starring show, Whitney will replace the cancelled show’s timeslot on Wednesday nights starting November 14th.
This still means the other Friday night NBC sitcom, Community is still in the air. But with other freshman sitcom Guys with Kids under-performing, there’s a chance it will soon be replacing that timeslot. Or back on Thursdays after 30 Rock’s season ends. Hell it might even replace Up All Night which is not having a solid sophomore run.
