  • Anthony Jeselnik Inks Development Deal With Comedy Central

    Fuckin’ A!

Anthony Jeselnik has inked a development deal with Comedy Central to create a show from the mind of one of our favorite new comedians. The deal is to develop a series project that the comedian will both executive produce and star in. The show is set to shoot in early 2012.

In true Anthony Jeselnik form, his reaction to the news is pitch-perfect “At this point in my career, I feel like this is the best thing that could happen for Comedy Central,” said Jeselnik.

The comedians star has only risen the last few years since being a writer for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to releasing his terrific comedy album, Shakespeare in the fall of 2010. But it was his appearance on The Donald Trump Roast that seemed to really put his name on the map.

P.S. – Here’s an interview we did with Anthony right after the release of his album in 2010.
