The time is nigh, Hannibal Buress will air his first ever stand-up comedy special on May 20th! Buress is one of our pics for next comedian to make a huge splash into the comedy world. He’s a cult favorite and with any luck my friends will ask me how to properly spell his last name in the weeks to come.

Buress’ one hour special will be called Animal Furnace, an obvious play on his unique name will air on Comedy Central on May 20th.

UPDATE: We can also confirm that Buress will release a DVD and CD of Animal Furnace a few days later on May 22nd via Comedy Central. Both the CD and DVD will contain uncensored and unedited versions of the special.
