A “Frasier” revival is being considered at Paramount+

In the age of everything old being new again, it seems like we’re slowly getting reboots and revivals of all our old favorites. And now it seems that Frasier, the Cheers spin-off that ran from 1993 until 2004, may be next up.
This morning, Deadline revealed that Paramount+ is “eyeing” the possibility of doing a 10 episode Frasier revival. Kelsey Grammer has reportedly spent the last two and a half years shopping the idea around. Both Grammer and co-star David Hyde Piece have apparently been approached about taking part in the revival.
Writers Joe Cristalli and Chris Harris are also reportedly on board to helm the series. And due to prior commitments on both their parts, this may not be underway until at least 2022. But still, for Frasier fans, this definitely should be some welcome news.
