Conan O’Brien is ending his run in late night.

Tonight on his show, the current longest-running late night TV host is hanging up his tiny desk and stated that Conan will end on June 24th. The 11 years at TBS plus his time on The Tonight Show and Late Night O’Brien has spanned nearly 30 years as a late night talk show host.

O’Brien is not going away, rather he’s turning his focus toward his streaming deal with WarnerMedia where he is developing his new show for HBO Max which is said to be a stylistic departure from the talk show format and more variety-based. He will also continue to oversee his podcasting empire under his Conaco production company and digital brand Team Coco. Conan will occasionally show back up on the airwaves to host his Emmy Award winning travel show, Conan Without Borders.

According to TBS, the final weeks of the show, “will include a lineup of special guests as well as an extended hour-long finale with a look back on the past 11 years of this iteration of O’Brien’s lengthy late-night career.” O’Brien also promised, “a shockingly small amount of Donald Trump jokes.”

The TBS show has modified its format a few times over the years, most notably shortening its length and making content more suited for web and exploring new channels finding success in both streaming services and podcasting.
