Amy Schumer took to the streets of NYC in a Finger Blasters food truck to promote the season 2 of “Inside Amy Schumer”

Yesterday, Amy Schumer traveled around New York City in a bright yellow truck accompanied by mascots dressed as finger shaped chicken pieces and buckets as a publicity stunt to promote Back Inside Amy Schumer, the second season of her TV show, Inside Amy Schumer. It should go without saying but second season of the show promises to be raunchier than the first. Schumer has released multiple trailers to promote the new season including one about Viagra and one for “Finger Blasters.” In the latter, Schumer portrays a mother with a bob cut and conservative sweater serving her teenage children frozen chicken tenders shaped like fingers. A snack that “holds them over” until they’re ready for something a bit more substantial.
The “blasters” sketch pokes fun at children’s food commercials, exaggerating the excitement behind these common promotional devices. In addition to the cheesy children’s commercial, it also mocks the sexual association with fingers.
