Sh*t, Betty White seems to be working her 88 year-old ass off these days. She just had her new TV Land sitcom Hot In Cleveland renewed for a second season and her night hosting Saturday Night Live scored six Emmy noms. Now it seems like the folks at NBC are going to see if they can mine White for gold one more time…
This time with a guest stint on the second season of Community.
White will appear on the hit sitcom’s season premiere this fall. She’ll play professor June Bauer, an esteemed, albeit slightly unhinged, anthropology professor. UPDATE: Though no date has been set yet Community will again be on at 8pm on Thursdays with the new season kicking off September 23rd. will more than likely be on Thursday night again as part of the channel’s “must see” lineup. Let’s hope that White teams up with Chevy Chase during that episode for a howling rendition of “I’m Getting Rid of Britta.”
