Bill Murray accused of inappropriate behavior on set of Aziz Ansari’s “Being Mortal,” production suspended

April 21, 2022      Andrew Buss      Features, News

Breaking: Production on Aziz Ansari’s directorial debut Being Mortal – which he also co-wrote and stars in – has been suspended.

According to reports, production has been suspended after Bill Murray has been accused of “inappropriate behavior,” by a complaint that was received last week. Production was halted on Monday, with the cast and crew receiving a notice from the production company Searchlight that it has been suspended today.

No word yet on what Murray’s inappropriate behavior was, what actions will be taken, or or when production is slated to pick back up. All that is known is that it didn’t involve Ansari or Seth Rogen, who is also in the film.
