Billy Wayne Davis’ “Testify” premieres tonight on Moment at 9pm

Tonight is the night to tune into Moment to Testify! The latest special from cerebral southerner Billy Wayne Davis will premiere on the live streaming platform at 9pm ET. You can purchase tickets here and like with all Moment premieres, that ticket will then give you the option to watch the special up to 14 days later, in this case, that will be December 1st, nice.

Davis already has two albums under his belt, Billy Wayne Davis and Live at Third Man Records. On Testify Davis teamed up with director Jun Diaz and musician Luther Dickinson to set up shop and film at the International Church of Cannabis in Denver. The result is a special that’s one part stunningly personal, hysterical stand-up and one part visual and vulnerable realization. It’s a tale of how two trips – one to prison and one to the other side – didn’t give him the answers he wanted but the ones he needed. “We wrapped a trippy art piece around a hilarious stand-up special about two events that shaped my life,” said Billy Wayne Davis.
