Check out Mark Normand asking all the other Marks for help in his every day life

March 30, 2020      Andrew Buss      Mark Normand

Getting a television show is never as easy as it seems. There are a lot of working factors involved that you don’t typically get to hear about. A pilot, everyone knows, is typically used to gauge whether or not a series will get picked up. However, sometimes before you even get that far, you may have to deliver a sizzle reel, which is a 5-7 minute mini-pilot that shows what the series may be.

Comedian Mark Normand recently took to his YouTube channel to release his sizzle reel he put together for a series that never got picked up. Titled Mark Normand Needs Help, it shows Normand calling upon all the other Mark Normands to help him in his life. It’s pretty funny, so we do wish it had gotten picked up. But some things just aren’t meant to be.
