Yesterday, HBO Max dropped the trailer for Taika Waititi’s new pirate comedy series, Our Flag Means Death.
The series “is loosely based on the true adventures of Stede Bonnet (Rhys Darby), a pampered aristocrat who abandons his life of privilege to become a pirate.” The show also stars executive producer Waititi as Blackbeard, plus Leslie Jones, Fred Armisen, Kristian Nairn, and Nathan Foad.
Our Flag Means Death sets sail in March.
