On this Memorial Day, we want to take a moment and recognize the fallen who have given their lives to protect this country while serving in the military. Also, we want to take a look at those who have made sacrifices, survived, and since gone on to take on the world of comedy.
Johnny Carson, Drew Carey, and Rob Riggle have become household names over the years, but their stories don’t start with comedy. The Armed Forces are no stranger to comedic talent. The aforementioned all spent time serving their country. So we thought we’d take a look at some of those who have put their country before themselves and have since gone on to serve a second career on the stand-up comedy stage.
