Comedy Central Channel comes to Roku with free episodes and specials

July 6, 2015      Mark Says Hi!      News, Streaming Video

comedy central

If you use Roku and you are a fan of Comedy Central’s content, then today you are a happy person. The home to smash hits including Key & Peele, South Park, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmoreare will now make full episodes available on Roku’s streaming devices. You can also use Comedy Central’s channel to watch standup specials for free. Some of the content however will require cable credentials to log in and view. The channel hasn’t been officially announced but it was discovered in the channel store and word spread throughout the social platform Reddit recently. This continues the trend and I wouldn’t be surprised if this occurs more often than not going forward. Showtime is already scheduled to do the same soon.
