“Conan” welcomes back live audiences for final 8 shows
June 8, 2021 Andrew Buss Conan, News
Since last September, Conan O’Brien has been at the Largo Theater in Los Angeles doing his show for an audience full of fans. Only the audience in question was made up of cardboard cutouts of fans, save for the very-much-real Andy Richter. (Our personal favorite random cutout was actually not a fan, but the dad from Diff’rent Strokes, Conrad Bain).
But starting next Monday, O’Brien will be opening the show up again to a theater full of real humans. The usual protocols these days are in place. You have to show proof of vaccination in order to be in the audience. But due to everyone being vaccinated, masks will be made optional.
You can sign up for the show’s ticket lottery system here.
