There are a lot of celebrity names you wouldn’t expect to see on the marquee of a comedy club and Academy Award nominated actor Danny Aiello is definitely one of them. But it’s not a mistake. Mr. Aiello will be doing a special performance, one night only, at Gotham Comedy Club in New York June 23rd.
This week we got the chance to sit down with Mr. Aiello after his soundcheck in the green room before a live interview on The Artie Lange Show. He gave us some some insight on what fans could expect from his one-night only show at Gotham as well as his entertainment career. Movies, TV, music, comedy, Aiello has done it all in his 40 years of showbiz. He gave us some great stories about the comedians he saw in his early days working as a bouncer at a comedy club, the interesting way he fell into acting, and so much more. Listen up!
