Geoffrey Asmus to release debut stand-up special, “The Only Funny White Man” on July 20th

Geoffrey Asmus is prepping for the release of his debut stand-up comedy special titled, The Only Funny White Man on his Youtube page. It’s the latest in a long line of comedians bucking the comedy gatekeepers and self producing and releasing their own specials directly to fans via platforms like Youtube.

To quote Asmus, “This is the first 100% alpha comedy special ever released,” adding, “Others have tried, but none have succeeded. Congratulations on witnessing history.” Obviously being a tongue-in-cheek nod to the notion that Asmus is clearly the only white alpha male dropping a special.

The special was filmed in front of Geoffrey’s parents in Minneapolis at Sisyphus Brewery. Where his flaunts his knowledge of capital cities and answers ALL of society’s most pressing questions – Are dogs sexy? Do we need Democrats? Should every baby be aborted? Can Lutherans enter into heaven? And most importantly – Why are betas allowed to live?

Asmus added to the announcement by declaring “This comedy special is clinically proven to cure low testosterone, premature ejaculation, and most forms of depression. So why not give it a watch and have a good moment for once in your sorry, pathetic life?”

In addition to the new special dropping on July 20th, you’ll be able to almost immediately catch him live in Montreal at Just For Laughs as part of the long-running Nasty Show.
