There are new spies in town and we’ve been able to identify them and where they’re headed. Adam Pally (Happy Endings, The Mindy Project, BoJack Horseman) and the executive producer of The Office, Paul Lieberstein, are heading to FOX. According to Deadline, there aren’t very many details about the show, however, Lieberstein will be co-writing with Younger star Jon Gabrus. Both Pally and Gabrus have roots in Upright Citizens Brigade which has become a factory of talent supplying the comedy, television, and film worlds with some of the best out there today. The show has been described a comedic take on the spy genre. As for Pally, he’s got two projects currently in post-production including Dirty Grandpa and Joshy. The former takes place right before an uptight guy’s wedding where he is tricked into driving his grandfather, a perverted former Army general, to Florida for spring break. It stars Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, Aubrey Plaza, Jason Mantzoukas, and Pally. The latter, Joshy, is another comedy starring Pally, Nick Kroll, Brett Gelman, Aubrey Plaza, Jenny Slate, Alison Brie, and Jake Johnson. Both slated for 2016.
