Though it’s wildly popular around the internet. The Icing phenomenon is pretty lame. In a nutshell, if someone gives you a Smirnoff Ice (usually through some creative/amusing way) the receiver must chug the bottle on one knee, it documented then put on the web where it acts a beacon for others wearing Ed Hardy shirts to find. I still think this whole thing still is just some sorta viral marketing ploy by Smirnoff itself.
So we were kinda psyched to find out Daniel Tosh agrees with us and took matters into his own hands once someone posted a bounty calling for his icing.
In one fell swoop Tosh ended Bros Icing Bros. Why do we know it worked? If you go to www.brosicingbros.com you get no more website and the phrase “We had a good run Bros…”
Did Tosh kill it? Or are the Bros just plotting their next move?
