Jerry Seinfeld’s new stand-up special “Jerry Before Seinfeld” has a teaser and premiere date

Jerry Seinfeld is one of the ultimate comedians of our generation. So it’s no surprise when the folks at Netflix shelled out millions of dollars to bring his next stand-up comedy special to the streaming giant. They also went the extra mile to roll out the special, including a new title and release date.
The special, Jerry Before Seinfeld popped up on a new branded Netflix Comedy Instagram rolling out Jerry’s special over a series of 9 posts, to create the pack art, and some teaser audio and video to boot.
There’s a theme to the special and a reason it’s called Jerry Before Seinfeld in that it’s a mix of new material (taped at The Comic Strip in NYC where his career launched) interspersed with previously unseen material from a library of legal pads full of all the jokes the comedian wrote since 1975. As well as childhood videos, and some heritage jokes he told that helped make his career.
