Jimmy Kimmel interviews the MyPillow guy from a claw machine

February 1, 2023      Andrew Buss      News, Television

Ever since 2020, Jimmy Kimmel has made Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, a regular part of the show (portrayed by comic James Adomian). So much so that Lindell has gone on Kimmel’s show before in the past. Well last night, it happened again. And it happened in the strangest way.

Lindell had been advocating to go back on the show for a while now. Kimmel finally accepted Lindell’s request, under the condition that Lindell conducts his interview from inside a claw machine at the Dave and Busters across the street. Lindell, shockingly, accepted. And despite being the butt of the joke, he even seemed to have a sense of humor about it all, which even Kimmel addressed.

Still, Kimmel managed to get many jabs in, saying that this was “helping you get over your fear of machines.” It’s definitely a bizarre way to kick off his 20th year on the air. But also, it’s fitting as well.
