We’re very excited about the forthcoming new sitcom starring John Mulaney. The better news is that FOX has picked the show up for an additional 10 episodes. The show’s creator and star revealed the news last night, “FOX made this a great night by picking up my show “Mulaney” for 10 more episodes. I am thrilled. Sincerely. Call me with any questions.”
It’s been a long road for the show but it appears with the addition of extra episodes things are moving in the right direction. Mulaney was on his old SNL pal Seth Meyer’s show a few weeks back where he previewed a clip. With Lorne Michaels at the helm as producer, Mulaney is a series about an aspiring comedian, played by John Mulaney himself, coming of age while living in New York while under the influence of his boss (Martin Short), his neighbor (Elliott Gould), Nasim Pedrad, and Seaton Smith who will play Mulaney’s roommates. Zack Pearlman from NBC’s Community will also star in the series.
