With all of the success that Girls has brought to both HBO and it’s creator Lena Dunham, it’s no surprise the two would team up yet again. HBO has ordered a new half hour comedy pilot from Dunham focusing on 1960’s feminism. At this time, the show is called Max. According to The Verge, it’s set in the magazine industry during the second wave of feminism. Dunham is also set to direct. The pilot has already been penned Murray Miller, who is a writer on Girls. Max will join three more pilots from Whitney Cummings, Sarah Silverman, and Issa Rae.
