Let Michael Scott help get you all hyped up for New Year’s Eve

Like everything else in 2020, this will not be your standard New Year’s Eve. If you usually stay home by yourself on New Year’s and watch the ball drop, then it might not seem that foreign. But if you’re one who likes to traditionally go out and socialize and search for the perfect stranger for a midnight kiss, this might be a different sort of year for you.
However, if you do plan to throw a small get together to ring in the New Year, NBC has put together a montage to show how to prepare a New Year’s Eve party, the Michael Scott way. It involves steps such as hyping up your party, sending invitations, and the range of emotions from nobody showing up, somebody showing up, and then finally everybody showing up. And then, of course, there’s the after party (plus ice cream sandwiches).
