Lil Rel Howery’s next stand-up special is headed to HBO

HBO has been on a bit of a spree in announcing their upcoming stand-up specials. The network announced that their next stand-up comedy special will be for none other than ‘Lil Rel Howery. The comedian’s FOX sitcom Rel might’ve come to an end this past Spring but the comedian is still super busy as he preps his next special.
Howery will tape the special in Los Angeles this month and it will be executive produced by Rel, Jerrod Carmichael, Bo Burnham, Chris Storer, Jeff Tomsic and Avi Gilbert with his friend and comedian Jerrod Carmichael directing the special. There is currently air date for the special.
