Maria Bamford to star in new Neflix series, “Lady Dynamite”

Netflix is moving forward with plans for a new comedy series and it’s starring The Bammer. Maria Bamford will take the lead of a new series on the streaming service called Lady Dynamite.
The sitcom will be a single camera comedy and be co-written by Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development) as Bamford portrays Debris Bardeaux a woman who, “loses – and then finds – her sh*t.” And finds her in occasionally surreal episodes, that are in part inspired by Bamford’s real life. The time has come for Maria Bamford, and we’re on the cusp.
