Mike Birbiglia To Take Off-Broadway Show “My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend” On Tour

Here’s an early Christmas gift for you…Mike Birbiglia has announced his plans to take his off-Broadway show My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend to theaters and performing arts center across the US. Birbigs will start with 20 cities in January 2012 and hopefully add more dates in the weeks to come.

Mike is also offering up some pre-order goodness to fans. The first 100 people to order tickets this week and they will get a free copy of his book Sleepwalk With Me & Other Painfully True Stories. All you have to do is email his brother Joe (joebirbiglia@birbigs.com) a copy of your ticket receipt and if you are part of the first 100, you’ll get the book which Mike suggests, “You can put the tickets in the book and wrap that and put it under the tree/menorah/or other culture-specific December holiday on which you exchange presents. Think of it as a gift grenade, just waiting to detonate in the lap of a loved one. I mean that in the least violent way possible.”
