Bo Burnham is one of the stars in a new movie that is currently in post-production called Sin Bin. This indie movie had me at Burnham, but I quickly noticed there was much more to be excited about with this movie:
The movie’s been described as “A high school take on The Apartment – a teenager loans out his van, known as the SIN BIN, to his friends for their sexual exploits – quickly turns into a story of friendship, family, and Chicagoland.” I don’t know about you, but I loved The Apartment. Also, it says it’s an ode to the late great John Hughes, what could be better? No, really, can you tell me?
In addition to Burnham, the movie also stars Michael Seater (I remember him from one of my favorite shows, Life with Derek), Emily Meade, Gillian Jacobs (Community), Ben McKenzie (The OC, Southland), Jeff Garlin, and Tim Blake Nelson.
With such great, talented heavy hitters, how can you not want to see a movie like this? No, really, tell me.
Stay tuned, because there is sure to be more information on this rather intriguing movie.
Some production stills from the movie were released and depict Burnham as some sorta young Republican-type who drives a Jag. Go Bo.
