Comedian and actor Patton Oswalt penned a touching article remembering his wife, Michelle McNamara, for Time Magazine. “She hasn’t left a void. She’s left a blast crater” Oswalt stated.
McNamara, a true crime writer, passed away at the age for 46 back on April 21st of this year. In the essay, Oswalt discusses his wife’s history, career, and accomplishments. “She steered her life with joyous, wicked curiosity.” the comedian recounts. “I loved her.”
Oswalt also talks about their 7 year old daughter, Alice, recounting what she said days after her mother’s passing, “When your mom dies you’re the best memory of her. Everything you do and say is a memory of her.” Powerful stuff.
