Falling in line with Bruno Mars and Nicki Minaj, Sean Combs is the latest music mogul to venture into the world of scripted television. The record producer, actor, and entrepreneur will serve as executive producer for the new ABC comedy series The Hustle, which will focus on the real-life events of his former assistant Sarah Snedeker. It portrays the Snedeker’s transition from small-town life to securing a career with a billionaire business mogul. Comedy ensues, as she must quickly acclimate to a foreign life filled with luxury and debauchery. Comedy fans will be excited to know that proven funny men Jeremy Garelick (The Wedding Ringer) and Stacey Harmon (The Goldbergs) will pen the script and also serve as executive producers. Garelick is also set to direct the comedy should it move to the pilot stage.
