Stephen Colbert Hijacks Major League Basball’s Twitter Feed

 August 5, 2011      Matt      News

Stephen Colbert is in charge of Major League Baseball. Well at least its Twitter feed, and only for 24 hours.

In early June, Colbert accepted an invite from the game to bet who could pick batters with the best hitting streaks. Turns out he’s better than the MLB since he won. Colbert was rewarded with the passwords and codes to the MLB castle, putting him in charge of the account for 24 hours and he’s filling it with some fantastic tweets.

“SCORE UPDATE! Seattle Salamanders 7, Albuquerque Balloons, aught. Also, it’s Toss Your Trash On The Field Day at all stadiums! #Colbert”
