SXSW Day 3: Brown Paper Tickets and The Laugh Button Live!

Wednesday night brought us one of the biggest days for comedy including us stopping by the Chris Gethard Show. The night was one of destinations as in addition to Gethard taking his NY UCB show to Texas, we too were taking our NY show to town.
The Brown Paper Tickets showcase began the night of stand-up at Esther’s Follies which Nick Turner hosted, Todd Barry, Brendon Walsh, Kristine Levine, and DC Pierson with a surprise guest drop in from Aparna Nancherla whom we recommend keeping an eye on because she was fantastic.
After BPT showcase we had ourselves quick sets from Joe Wengert, Kurt Braunohler, and Pete Holmes before we kicked off the Laugh Button Live!
We ended the night with The Laugh Button Live! our own showcase, and if we must say, we felt it was one of the best showcases of the evening. Dan Soder hosted, Robert Kelly, Doug Benson, and Gary Gulman for an unbelievable night of stand-up.
