Last week, Hannibal Buress announced his new stand-up special Miami Nights is being released on July 3rd straight onto his YouTube channel. This is a move that has become more populated lately by Dave Chapelle, Sam Morril, Mark Normand, Joe List, and many others. So it’s not a surprise that Buress has opted to go down that road.
In the trailer for the special (obviously taped before the pandemic), we see Buress talking about how much better you feel after you get a haircut, even if you’re feeling really depressed prior. He then takes that joke and remixes it and throws in some recognizable faces talking about haircuts (most notably Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot).
Hannibal Buress: Miami Nights (which is titled after his run in with a cop in Miami), will be available free on his YouTube channel on July 3rd.
