This Week in Comedy: Back in October, we learned about the sudden death of actor Leslie Jordan, who suffered a medical emergency and crashed into a building on his way to the set of Call Me Kat. The show went on a brief hiatus, before resuming work last month. And this week, the first episode without Jordan premieres. The episode will feature Jordan’s character’s mother, played by Vicki Lawrence, stepping in to help while Jordan is away. It’s unclear of how the show will explain Jordan’s prolonged absence, however.
