If you are a person who follows the politics of comedians, you might notice a tonality to this week that others would not. Two very accomplished comedy veterans are dropping new comedy specials this week. On Monday, Nick Di Paplo’s latest, A Breath of Fresh Air hits Youtube and his website. Di Paolo decided to make the special available completely for “free for the people” stating that his hard right-leaning politics are a bit too edgy for a place like Comedy Central or Netflix.
Then at the end of the week David Cross will drop his new comedy special, Oh Come On via Comedy Dynamics. Cross is an outspoken advocate for left-leaning politics and that’s often reflected in his stand-up act.
So, no matter where you stand on the political aisle, there’s comedy coming out this week that will satiate your political views. We recommend watching both specials no matter what because funny is funny and Cross & Di Paolo both know how to make a crowd laugh.
