Tim Heidecker’s “Office Hours Live” podcast announces “Drop Concert: The Motion Picture”

November 9, 2020      Andrew Buss      News, Tim Heidecker

From the men behind the podcast Office Hours Live, which consists of Tim Heidecker, DJ Douggpound, and Vic Berger IV, comes a virtual special event. Drop Concert: The Motion Picture.

The film “captures and reshapes DROP CONCERT, an experimental music performance by DJ Douggpound and Vic Berger IV based on their signature “drops” – obscure soundbites, pop culture audio clips, and their own loops and effects. The event was hosted by Heidecker, who also sat in on keyboard for a section of this fully improvised show.” The original concert took place on August 20th for their Patreon subscribers. This new incarnation also adds animation by Ben Levin.

The film will be screened on Friday, Nov. 20th at 9pm ET and Saturday, Nov. 21st at 10 pm ET. Tickets can be purchased here.
