Comedy and host of United Shades Of America, W. Kamau Bell is set to release his next stand-up comedy special on Netflix. The special, Private School Negro will premiere on the streaming giant on Tuesday, June 26th. Kamau has been praised as “one of comedy’s most necessary voices on social and political issues” (The New York Times), Kamau finds humor to mine in current affairs and delivers nonstop laughs throughout Private School Negro as he sounds off on the presidential administration, racism in America and what it would be like if Michelle Obama still had a job in the White House.

This is Bell’s follow-up to his special, Semi-Prominent Negro which was directed by Morgan Spurlock and aired on Showtime a few years back, you can also pick up a copy of that special via Kill Rock Stars.

In addition to the new comedy special, Bell is also the host/executive producer of the Emmy Award winning CNN docu-series United Shades of America. The show is currently in its 3rd season.
