In honor of the 40th anniversary of Late Night with David Letterman, the man himself stopped by Late Night w/Seth Meyers to celebrate. Last night, Letterman was a guest on the show and took a stroll down memory lane. He reflected on the show’s origins, the transition from his ill-fated morning show to late night, how he would’ve liked to have had a show during the pandemic, having his mom on the show, Jack Hanna’s beaver incident, and asking his son to go to the hardware store.
