If you are looking at the fresh trailer released today and wondering that something is different about this show, you’d be correct, pilots are often reworked after being shot and this was no different. Not only was the show previously titled, Smallwood but some character changes were made. If you take a gander at the preview video released in late August, you will not only see the title change but it also appears at least two major cast changes were made. Tom’s mother Helen, formerly portrayed by TV vet Jane Kaczmarek (Malcom In The Middle) is now handled by another TV vet, Julie White and the son Sam is now portrayed by Mason Wells.
The show rolls out on March 31st on CBS.
