As people that grew up in New Jersey, we’re pretty excited about this new Johnny Knoxville flick, Action Point. The movie, is loosely based on the story of the legendary New Jersey institution, Action Park aka Traction Park aka Accident Park aka Class Action Park. A notorious amusement park that existed in Vernon New Jersey in the 80s and 90s that had very questionable safety records and was a lot of fun for teenagers who had no fear and were looking to get a thrill. Of course, it would not be a Johnny Knoxville movie if there wasn’t a bit of real stunts happening.
Action Point opens in theaters June 1st.
