As if Maria Bamford hasn’t been up to enough in 2017 – a new season of her Netflix series, Lady Dynamite coming off a critical acclimation as well as the release of a new stand-up comedy special, Old Baby. But rather than end the year quietly, the Bammer decided to drop a 12-part holiday special on us with the folks at Topic.com. The series, Ave Maria Bamford is a series of brief (3 mins or so) clips of Maria breaking down everything that causes us anxiety in the world like religion, mental health, and climate change. It’s all delivered in her signature style that’s equal parts cathartic and confessional.
