    Whose Line Is It Anyway

Growing up, I loved watching Whose Line Is It Anyway? (both the U.S. and U.K. versions). However, I was a bit nervous when CW announced it was bringing back the improv show. Sure, Colin Mochrie, Wayne Brady, and Ryan Stiles were back, and new host Aisha Tyler is always funny. Hell, the previews pretty much made it look like the same exact show minus Drew Carey. But something made me a tad skeptical to tune in to last night’s premiere.

Despite my reservations, I went ahead and watched CW’s first two episodes of new Whose Line Is It Anyway? And in short, I’m glad I did. Any fear that the new version would feel a little too staged washed away as soon as the first episode’s star guest, The Walking Dead’s Lauren Cohan, kicked Brady a tad too hard during one game. Furthermore, Mochrie, Brady and Stiles still have natural chemistry together, and Tyler fits in well. In short, if you didn’t care for Whose Line Is It Anyway? the first time around still won’t. However, the new version will make longtime fans pleased its back.

Both of last night’s episodes (including the one guest starring Glee’s Kevin McHale) can be seen in full online. However, check out a highlight of Cohan’s appearance.
